As a retired chemical engineer and biology teacher, I have spent almost all my summers on the island, and have also lived here permanently for many years. One of my main interests is the interaction between science and faith \u2013 something I enjoy discussing with others.<\/p>\n\n<p>Every year, I also lead a nature walk on the island. Dates and times are announced here on this page, as well as on notices in the shop and at the parish hall.<\/p>\n\n<p>If you have any questions about R\u00f8ros&#8217; flora and fauna, or are curious about anything I write about, you are always welcome to get in touch.
