When you want to sit down and truly enjoy yourself, we invite you to lunch plates, evening meals, and classics from both sea and land. Perhaps a “Wallenbergare of the Sea,” fish & chips, or the catch of the day, depending on sunshine and availability. The menu changes with the rhythm of the sea, as we cook on-site and use the best ingredients we have at the moment.
If you arrive by boat — we’re located right by the guest harbor. If you come by ferry, it’s just a stone’s throw from the dock; drive past ICA and you’ll find us on the right-hand side. We hope that our restaurant, shop, and harbor setting become a place where you feel at home, whether you’re after a quick shrimp sandwich, a proper meal, or something to take with you for a taste of the archipelago.
Wilmas – Fish & Chips
In our little red shed, Wilmas, we serve our popular fish & chips — made with ingredients of the highest quality. We prepare the fish from scratch, using fine haddock fillet dipped in our secret batter and fried to a golden, crispy finish. It’s served with French fries topped with grated aged Parmesan, our own tartar sauce, lemon, and a touch of greens.
If you’d rather sit in the restaurant, you can of course order Wilmas fish & chips there and enjoy something nice to drink with it. Just keep in mind that on some days it may sell out, and then we might need to close the shed earlier.
