We are brothers Josef and Joel from Rörö who, together with our colleague William, have taken a craft we grew up with and made it our business. We get our lobsters directly from fishing boats along the west coast, cook them on the pier at Rörö as soon as they land, and deliver them by boat or refrigerated truck to maintain maximum quality.
