The Park
The park on Rörö is the island’s natural gathering place, right in the centre and just a stone’s throw from the ice cream kiosk, the shop and the popular fish & chips shed.

The playground
The playground on Rörö offers swings, climbing frames and a lovely large sandpit, all surrounded by peaceful, open spaces. Its convenient proximity to Gule Skära makes it easy to combine playtime with a break for coffee or a tasty snack between swimming and walking home.

Gule skära
On the eastern side is the municipal bathing area Gule Skära, with a jetty, raft, changing room, lifebuoy and toilet. Here, the water is often calmer and more sheltered – perfect for families with children or for those who want to take a safe dip, and the crabs thrive under the pier.

Första viken
The first bay is located by the guest harbour and has the finest sand on the island.
The beach is shallow and child-friendly, with toilets, fresh water, a kiosk and everything else you need close by.
Fjärde viken
Fjärde viken consists of two smaller coves, where the sand meets the cliffs in gentle curves.
Here, sea lavender grows tall on some of the island’s few sandbanks, looking out towards the sea.
Ers vik
Ers vik is both the longest and shallowest beach on Rörö.
Boat guests often moor here on warm days.
Hall
The hall is the island’s sports centre, run by Rörö IF, with space for two badminton courts, a well-equipped gym and sauna – the perfect place for both training and recovery.
